All Warrior Football Teams Should Have Tryouts
Eric Y.
Football athletes that play on a warrior’s football team should have tryouts. Tryouts will maximize the team’s capability of winning more. Here are some detailed examples of why warrior football teams should have tryouts.
The first example is that if you have tryouts you can get a good understanding of who gets the game, who needs a little help and who should not be playing football. If you have tryouts you can help the kids to get better at the game so they can have a better chance of being on the team next season. It also gives the people who don’t make the team have a goal. It will give them a spur or motivation for getting better at the sport. My last detail is that the people who do make the team can feel good about themselves and be proud of themselves. When the players have good attitudes it will raise their confidence level and will have an optimistic effect on the other players on the team.
In addition to my second paragraph, I have another reason of why warrior football teams should have tryouts. It is that if you have tryouts it will maximize the team’s capability of winning. When you win more, the confidence will rise within the team. The player’s will feel more comfortable playing better and harder teams. They will also probably have confidence in everyone else on the team. This will have a positive effect on the performance on the field.
Last, and to me most important, tryouts also enlarge the playing time of the individual kids. If you have kids that are good on the teams they will always be put in the game. As I stated in my second paragraph if you have tryouts you will have kids on your team that really know the game. Another benefit of what I am saying is that parents won’t complain about their kid not getting to play in the game. Second, the kids will improve the more they play.
Those are reasons, details and examples of why warrior football teams should have tryouts. I hope you can understand my thinking. I also hope you will consider tryouts for all warrior football teams.
